summer sweet
today was a beautiful day spent with my friends. i got a little bit of a tan from my rest in the sun and took a brief nap earlier in the afternoon. we went to the local asian grocery, after deciding $10 per person for a movie ticket to spiderman was far too much on a sunday right before payday. we got shrimp chips, raw taro (dont know what spencer will conjure from that yet, but he mentioned fries…?) 99¢ boba kits, a whole bunch of 79¢ ramen (both chicken and yellow curry flavor), and this delicious jasmine honey tea. spencer got a black milk tea that was fairly tasty too, and ferdie got frozen red bean hedgehogs for cheap… i work tomorrow, but today was sweet with the taste of new mango.
